GPL or GNU General Public License?

Since we do not have a move template yet to slap on the article, I was thinking if this should be moved to GNU General Public License with a redirect in place from GPL to it. From an encyclopedia's point of view, it's probably more correct. See Linux, GNU/Linux and Google Chrome as examples. Otherwise, we may as well redirect GNU General Public License here. I agree. We should use the full name of the license for the article. GPL can be used as a short-hand redirect to the new article. --Eva-02 (talk) 21:02, 10 February 2014 (EST)
