Dell was a user frequently seen in the installgentoo irc channel. He is well known among other users after getting banned twice for lolicon. He is currently serving time in prison after his 14-year-old girlfriend's father found out that his daughter had been engaging in sexual intercourse with [Dell]. It is likely that he has been banned from using the internet, and its doubtful that he will ever return to the installgentoo irc, though his steam comes online every so often.
