This dongle is a The Electronic Frontiers Foundation is the leading nonprofit organization defending civil liberties in the digital world. Founded in 1990, EFF champions user privacy, free expression, and innovation through impact litigation, policy analysis, grassroots activism, and technology development. They work to ensure that rights and freedoms are enhanced and protected as our use of technology grows. They grew in fame mostly due to their Free Speech "Blue Ribbon" campaign against the CDA in 1996. Prior to this, they were involved in defending persons involved in the illegal government sting "Operation Sundevil". After the Blue Ribbon campaign, they gained more notoriety defending cryptology use in the United States at a time it was illegal. It is now a very famous organization.
