This dongle is a Chan equivalent of a n00b. A new person who, unlike a newbie, fails to lurk and instead asks questions that have been answered ad nauseum or struts around asserting easily disprovable bullshit.
Due to the nature of anonymous imageboards, the only way people can tell you're a Newfag is if you act like one. So don't.
