Just having a quote from Stallman does not an article make.  I agree with talking about the kernel itself but I doubt we're that far along in fleshing out what this wiki should be but I doubt it will ever be a technical manual. --[[User:Gutsman|Gutsman]] ([[User talk:Gutsman|talk]]) 13:20, 28 January 2014 (EST)
